Justin Bieber deserved to get a sweet kiss after he wins the award for Top New Artist at The Billboard Music Awards 2011 from his girl, Selena Gomez.
Justin brought home five awards, including Top New Artist, Top Streaming Artist, Top Social Artist, Top Digital Media Artist, and the Fan Favorite Award.
