   Taylor Swift dan aktris yang sekaligus penyanyi Selena Gomezberhasil menyabet banyak penghargaan dalam ajang the Teen Choice awards.

   Swift dilaporkan menggondol 6 tropi penghargaan itu termasuk termasuk untuk kategori ultimate teen choice.

   Seperti diwartakan Reuters, Swift yang popularitasnya melesat di tahun2006 di usia 16 tahun dengan album Self Ttitlenya, disebut sebagaiartis wanita favorit, penyanyi country.

   Ia juga dinilai sebagi penyanyi country terbaik atas lagunya yang berjudul "Mean" dan lagu  "Back to December".

   Di atas panggung, Swift (21)  berterima kasih kepada para penggemarnyadan berkelakar bahwa 

"Sudah lama sejak saya masih remaja, seperti duatahun yang lalu." kata Swift.

   The Teen Choice Awards merupakan ajang tahunan dalam sirkuitpenghargaan Hollywood yang memberikan para aktor, musisi dan artislainnya yang populer dikalangan anak- anak remaja. 

   Gomez, yang menampilkan hit singlenya "I Love You Like a Love Song"dengan bandnya The Scene, memenangkan kategori TV actress in a dramadalam perannya di tayangan "Wizards of Waverly Place."

   Ia juga disebut sebagai "hottie", dan bandnya the Scene memperolehkategori band teratas dan atas kategori single of the yearnya denganlagu mereka "Who Says".

   Gomez (19) juga terlihat bersama kekasihnya, Justin Bieber, yangmenyabet tropi karena menjadi top "hottie" sama seperti kategori "twit".

   Bieber (17) juga disebut sebagai artis laki - laki papan atas danmemperoleh sebuah penghargaan akting pada karya televisi terbarunya.

   Penghargaan lainnya diberikan pada aktor "Twilight" Robert Pattinson,yang disebut sebagai choice vampire dalam perannya di film romansapopuler itu. Ia juga disebut sebagai aktor film drama terbaik.

   Sejumlah pemenang lainnya, termasuk Cameron Diaz,Asthon Kutcher,Blakelively dan bintang serial TV "Glee" juga diumumkan.

   Taylor Swift menghiasi cover depan majalah Girlfriend untuk edisi Juni 2011 atas polling dari pembacanya, Swift berada di peringkat teratas setelah Blake Lively atas polling yang diadakan majalah tersebut beberapa waktu lalu.

   The 21-year-old country-pop phenom is currently in the midst of a 98-date Speak Now world tour, playing sold-out crowds of all ages who can relate to her love songs. 

“There are no rules when it comes to love , I just try to let love surprise me because you never know who you’re going to fall in love with. You never know who’s going to come into your life—and for me, when I picture the person I want to end up with, I don’t think about what their career is, or what they look like. I picture the feeling I get when I’m with them.” Swift told InStyle. 

   Aside from music, the multi-talented star also has a role playing an animated character in the upcoming Dr. Seuss film, The Lorax (out 2012), and is preparing to launch her first fragrance with Elizabeth Arden this fall. As for what she wants in the future:
